LenCon Construction (Pty) Ltd has risen out of a team of professionals that over the past 30 years have perfected the the art of constructing Master Built Homes.

Developing tried and tested bulding methodologies, and incorporating the skills of some of the finest of tradesmen to ensure a product that exceeds all expectations.

We are more than just builders, we see the build of your Home as a partnership from inception to completion and into the future. From the moment you decide to design your new Home, we are able to assist with a full turnkey solution, starting with the selection of trusted architects and professional teams best suited to your needs. We understand that this is one of the biggest investments that you will make.

In partnering with you, we construct your Home on a fixed price contract taking all builders risk of escalations and budget overruns out of the equation – this also ensures for timeous completion.

Turnkey Project Management

Project Feasibility and Development

Involves conducting the relevant studies to determine the viability of taking on a given project. The feasibility study is undertaken during initiation phase and includes electrical and economic aspects. Once the parameters’ are established a combination/all of our skill sets can be incorporated in the development platform.

Design, costing and managing the tender process

On larger-scale developments we are able to manage the architectural and engineering designs produced based on the requirements of the client and the investment budget to bring the project to fruition.
